1 COMMUNIQUÉ Consultation Paper on the Regulatory Framework for the FinTech Service Provider Licence The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius (the "FSC") is issuing a Consultation Paper to propose a comprehensive regulatory framework for the FinTech Service Provider Licence. The FSC is seeking the views of the industry, its stakeholders and the public on this Consultation Paper. Interested parties are invited to send their comments, feedback and suggestions in relation to the proposed regulatory framework not later than Friday, 05 March 2021.
